Heart-centered Meditation and Spirituality

All about this Reality there is a quietude of intelligence and peace, radiating in all directions. It can be sensed in the heart, in the air, and everywhere in the universe. This is what I call Quiet Vastness.

Tuning into this frequency of silent spaciousness is like remembering your true Self, and seeing reflections of yourself everywhere like a hall of mirrors. Yes, we all have different bodies and minds, but there is this Oneness that is so obvious when we meditate, yet so difficult to point out to another person. May we find the courage to sit still with ourselves and discover this Quiet Vastness in the cosmos, and in our very own heart!
